2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the ph96com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of ph96com, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ph96com or any other gaming operator;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a ph96com account terminated for breach of these Terms.

ph96com reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph96com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph96com employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph96com reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph96com relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph96com account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph96com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph96com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

ph96com is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with ph96com's KYC process, which may include providing copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph96com account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph96com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph96com account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. ph96com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ph96com aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required.

ph96com reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, ph96com may forfeit the relevant balance.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph96com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph96com does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph96com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your ph96com account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• ph96com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• ph96com reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of the applicable bonus terms;
• All bonuses are subject to the 21+ age requirement and are void where prohibited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph96com Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction or error during a game, ph96com reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.

ph96com sources its games exclusively from licensed and certified game providers. All random number generators (RNGs) used in ph96com's games are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments.

ph96com prohibits the use of any software, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, and collusion. Any player found to be engaging in such conduct will have their account terminated and their balance forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the ph96com Platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one ph96com account;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph96com staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

ph96com reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph96com strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your account, contact ph96com support immediately.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, ph96com encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the ph96com support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access the Platform or receive promotional communications from ph96com.

ph96com also encourages players to seek assistance from qualified counseling and support services if they are experiencing gambling-related difficulties. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph96com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ph96com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ph96com Platform without the prior written consent of ph96com, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph96com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph96com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph96com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph96com does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph96com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

11. Privacy & Data

ph96com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph96com Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph96com complies with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph96com, subject to applicable legal requirements and ph96com's legitimate business interests.

12. Amendments

ph96com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph96com will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph96com, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
